I was excited to learn what this class would consist of after experiencing EDLD 5302. During 5302, I was introduced to the COVA model, and although there were a few bumps in the road, I learned to appreciate this method from a student perspective. I am thankful to have this class to continue to develop my eportfolio. This is something that I have always felt guilty about not keeping up with, and this class will be a great way to help me incorporate this more regularly.

My main goal is to continue to post reflections to my blog more regularly and to ensure that I am creating something that will be useful not only to myself in my growth, but also to my teachers. Currently, I have my eportfolio on a Weebly page. I toyed with the idea of switching to a Google Site, but I like that my Weebly site already has a blog component.

One thing I found useful from the readings was the understanding that an eportfolio isn't meant to simply be a digital filing cabinet. (Harapnuik, 2018).Reflection and connections are critical. This will be something that I keep in mind as I pick and choose what I add.
